Quick Start Guide

Unbox and Inspect
Verify that all components are included: IoT Gateway, Hall-effect sensors, power adapter, mounting hardware, and quick start card.
- Check for any visible damage
- Ensure sensor cables are intact
- Verify gateway power supply matches your region

Install Sensors
Clamp Hall-effect sensors around machine power cables. No need to disconnect power or open control panels.
Safety Warning
Only qualified electricians should work near electrical panels. Follow all local electrical codes and safety procedures.
- Open sensor clamp by pressing release tab
- Position around single power cable (not multiple)
- Close clamp until it clicks securely
- Connect sensor cable to gateway port

Connect Gateway
Power on the gateway and connect it to your network via Wi-Fi, Ethernet, or LTE.
- Connect power adapter to gateway
- Wait for LED to turn solid blue (30-60 seconds)
- Use mobile app to configure Wi-Fi or connect Ethernet cable
- Verify cloud connection (LED blinks green)

Configure Dashboard
Log in to the web dashboard and let AI calibration learn your machine patterns.
- Visit dashboard.VisPanel.com
- Log in with credentials from welcome email
- Name each machine and assign to locations
- Wait 24-48 hours for AI calibration to complete

- •Only qualified electricians should install sensors near electrical panels
- •Follow all local electrical codes and safety procedures
- •Do not open electrical panels or touch exposed conductors
- •Sensors are non-intrusive but must be installed safely
General Safety Guidelines
- Ensure gateway is placed in a dry, well-ventilated area
- Keep sensor cables away from moving machinery parts
- Do not expose equipment to water or excessive moisture
- Use only approved power adapters and accessories
